Finstreet Global Markets Ltd and Finstreet Global Clearing and Settlement Ltd (collectively Finstreet) notes that these Rules remain under ongoing review by both Finstreet and the FSRA and Finstreet continues to work closely with the FSRA in relation to the contents. Finstreet will be making further amendments to the respective Rules with all changes being subject to a 10-business-day consultation period.

Finstreet Global Clearing and Settlement Limited is regulated by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority, (“FSRA”) and has a Financial Services Permission to conduct the Regulated Activity of Providing Custody under registration number 17653. Finstreet Global Clearing and Settlement limited is permitted to provide custody for Finstreet Capital Limited (“FCL”) Private Financing Platform (“PFP”), operate a Central Securities Depository limited for issuances on FCL PFP, settle transactions conducted on FCL PFP and provide custody service to direct clients from within the Finstreet Group.

Finstreet Global Markets Limited is regulated by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority, (“FSRA”) and has a Financial Services Permission to conduct the Regulated Activity of Operating a Multilateral Trading Facility under registration number 17866.

Finstreet Capital Limited is regulated by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority, (“FSRA”) and has a Financial Services Permission to conduct the Regulated Activity of Operating a Private Financing Platform, Managing a Collective Investment Fund, Advising on Investments or Credit, Arranging Custody and Arranging Deals in Investments under registration number 17873.
